I’ll work with your team to get access to necessary systems and then independently generate all key reports. Along with the findings, I’ll share recommended next steps.
How long does it take to complete an Email Program Audit?
The timeframe can vary, but typically it takes 1-3 weeks depending on the program complexity.
What access will you need to get started?
I’ll need access to your email platform, CRM, analytics, and DNS hosting provider (if email authentication is needed).
Can we exclude elements of the audit?
The audit package is designed to uncover any weaknesses in an email program and give you what you need to move forward with confidence. The audit process can be a bit different business to business.
How will you work with us on Monthly Retainer?
I will support your team with reoccurring meetings, direct chat support, operational oversight, strategy and execution, as it relates to your email programs.
Can you work within our project management platform?
Yes, I’ve worked in a variety of project management services and will adapt to your existing processes and tools.
Do you write email content?
I do not include content as part of the typical service package but I have a lot of experience working in email, so I can help with quality control and share best practices.
Do you do custom coding?
I am not a programmer. I work inside email marketing platforms that feature email building tools. That being said, I have additional technical knowledge for customizing emails, including HTML.
What kinds of email automation do you do?
I’ve built all kinds of automations in email marketing platforms.
Things like: Welcome Emails, Event Follow-up, Re-Engagement, Behavior Triggers, UpSell Offers, Renewal Reminders, Feature Announcements, and Internal Notifications etc…

Some common email metrics we look at are open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes. I’d work with you to set goals that align with your business needs.
